Keep the snow shovels close to you they can be handy this winter….According to accuweather reports people in Atlantic City, Roanoke, Virginia, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. should knot their long shoes because there is going to be a heavy snowfall beginning this Friday in the south. Moreover according to accuweather Saturday is going to be a busy day for north residents.
A winter storm watch warning has been issued by National Weather Service according to which snowfall could be heavy on Friday into Saturday at times in the York area. Accuweather reported that three to six inches of snow could be observed during the day, whereas another 4 inches of snow could be seen during the evening hours.
Accuweather said that temperatures during and after the snowfall could dropdown between 21 and 28 degrees.
Andy Mussoline the meteorologist for Accuweather said residents of the region could have a white Christmas. He said partly sunny skies will be observed during the day whereas snow storm will move in later in the night.
Accuweather also warned travellers to be careful during travelling especially during the afterhours of Friday and early hours of Saturday. They said South will be effected more during the Friday night whereas heavy snowstorm can be observed in north on Saturday.
Reports said that the storm that formed in the Gulf of Mexico should have more than enough momentum to break northeast atmospheric roadblock.
