A Swedish article has been translated by one of the readers to claim Adam Savage dead but I highly doubt it being true. The first question that comes to mind when think about the crazy guy from Myth Busters is this; if he were dead would it really be this hard to confirm it? Wouldn’t the Discovery channel air a tribute to the crazy genius who brings life to the show? Rumors of Adam Savage dead were afloat online in the annum 2008 when he jumped into a lion pit after the lions had been starved for a total of two days. The crew first dumped a dummy into the pit to see if the lions would react to the shape of a human body but much to everyone’s surprise there was little excitement from the lions end.
Seeing this Adam Savage leaped into the lion pit, which was five meters deep, screaming words of faith. The myth that the Myth Busters were trying to disprove was that of Daniel in the lion pit, which goes to the tune of Daniel leaving unscathed from a lion pit after exposing himself to lions which were hungry. The myth says that the only reason that Daniel wasn’t eaten alive by the hungry predators was because he was a man of faith and his faith in god alone saved him from certain death.
So, is Adam Savage dead or is he not? The question still haunts the millions of avid viewers of the show though if I were you, I wouldn’t be so concerned since Adam has died a number of times before on his show. This actually would not be the very 1st time that such a rumor has gotten the attention of his audience, and let’s hope it’s not the last either.
