Alex Kozinski was born on 23rd of July, 1950 in Bucharest, Romania. When Alex Kozinski was 12 years old, his parents migrated to United States along with Alex. After migration the family settled in Los Angeles, Los Feliz, California, then Alex Kozinski`s father (Moses) started to run a small grocery store. Alex Kozinski did his graduation from “University of California, Los Angeles” from there he got A.B degree in 1972 and received J.D degree from “UCLA School of Law” in 1975. Alex Kozinski is currently working as a “Chief Judge” of the “United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circut”, judicial commentator and an essayist.
