A thirty three year old high school teacher Amy Victoria Beck is the most popular among all the teachers at David Starr Jordan Middle School. She is happily married, mother of three and lives in Burbank in the State of California. Earlier in the annum ’10, Amy Victoria Beck went to a police station in California with her husband where she reported to have involved in an illegal sexual activity with a fourteen year old boy, who was one of her favorite students. She quit her school job a week before the confession and told the management that she was moving abroad with her family.
After her stay in prison for three months, Amy Victoria Beck showed up in the court on the seventh day of the Month of May in the annum ’10 for her final verdict. The Judge Patrick J. Hegarty cancelled her teaching license and issued the verdict that Amy will stay in prison for the next two years and after her release from jail she will be recorded as a ‘sex offender’ and kept under strict observation. In case, she is found to have indulged herself in to a similar act, she her prison term will be more than ten years. Amy’s attorney Michael Williamson assured the court that she will never get herself into unlawful intimate relationship again and requested that her punishment be reduced to ten months period on the grounds that unlike others she did a right thing by confessing her sin and this deserves to be acknowledged.
