Andy Schlafly is the chairperson of the Conservative Bible Project. There is a faction of religious conservatives who have the grave feeling that the Bible has many adulterations. They are of the view that King James Version has many man-made assertions in the bible that needs to be corrected.
The conservative activists are of the view that there are many interpretations and translations of the Bible that has nothing to do with the Words of God. They deem the existing versions of Bible are based upon excessive liberty and pave the way for many concepts which God did not intend to convey to human beings. Socialism is one of the examples of such fabricated concepts. Andy Schlafly has introduced an online interpretation of King James Version by excluding adulterated texts from the Book. The interpretation can be found on their website which has similarity with Wikipedia. But the researchers of Christianity and Bible are making fun of the “insane idea”.
Many conservatives are also among them. They are of the view that it is not easy to understand the intention of the writer who belongs to an ancient era and language. They say it requires a thorough research on the ancient texts and historical events that tell what it means by any verse which is perceived by the modern time reader as liberty. But the arguments of these critics do not carry much weight as there is clear evidence of adulteration as well as inconsistency among many verses of the Bible. God can not give any contradiction in his words. If it seems that He has done it then it is not His word and requires expulsion from the main text.
