Annie Lennox has worn this HIV Positive shirt to create awareness about the disease in the masses of the world. She wants to bring into notice of the people around the world the shocking effect of this disease.
But what cause her to come so far? This was the speech made by great Nelson Mandela before the world press from his past prison cell at Robben Island, Mandela declared the deadly disease of HIV/AIDS as genocide in South Africa.
It was the time when Annie decided to contribute her share for the cause. This commitment to do something ended in the foundation of SING Campaign. A campaign to raise funds to help women and children affected with this disease and to bring about some change. Sing considers education a valuable weapon to fight AIDS.

Annie Lennox being a well known singer and song writer aimed to produce an anthem that might be used to spread their message. She asked 23 acclaimed female singers to give their voice to SING.
