He was the man for the backup vocals and played the drum successfully and his vital part in the popularity and success of the Avenged sevenfold band. The Avenged sevenfold band was created by James Owen and other members back in 1999. They worked hard, remained as one unit and success knocked their door when they won the title of MTV music video award in 2006. James Owen is a great loss not only for the Avenged band but for the entire music industry in America.
