Yesterday the customer of the Bank of America had to face a lot of difficulties because the website of the bank went down for some hours. The Bank of America online banking stopped during these hours, most of the customers of the bank go for online banking these days and they were not happy over the Bank of America online banking website going down. There were some technical reasons due to which the website went down temporarily. The customers of the bank nationwide could not manage their online accounts during this time.
The Bank of America online banking website remained down for hours so the people who needed money went to their nearest ATM machines and took some credit from them. At around five in the evening yesterday the site was restored but the bank said that the website was not successfully restored because some of the users might still face difficulties in accessing their online accounts.
Even thought the website was restored and was then in a running condition but still as lot of people that they were able to access their accounts but the website was running very slowly.
