Tiger and the family are once again in the headlines and this time it is about Elin’s mother Barbro Holmberg.
According to the details, a blonde and middle-aged woman was taken out of Tiger Woods’ Florida home on a stretcher. She was later seen to be taken to the hospital on an ambulance. It is being speculated that the woman is Elin’s mother Barbro Holmberg. It is also being said that she arrived in United States this weekend to give moral support to her daughter Elin. When contacted, the officials of the Orange County Fire Department did confirm that a rescue call to 911 was made around 2: 36 a.m. from an address belonging to Windermere area of Florida. A black Escalade was also seen following the ambulance. The ambulance destined at Health Central hospital, the same hospital where Tiger was taken to after his car crash.
It is also being said that Barbro Holmberg, Elin’s mother, and Kultida Woods, Tiger’s mother, were at his home the day his car crash occurred. A neighbor told the investigators that Windermere police officials arrived at the scene first and later the security guards appeared at the scene. The neighbor also tells that it appeared to her that two women, Elin’s mother and Tiger’s mother, also appeared at the scene when the car hit the tree.
Barbro Holmberg, Elin Woods’ mother, is an important figure of Swedish political world. Her political career started in 1996. She is now a Social Democratic politician of Sweden. She was appointed as the Minister for Migration and Asylum policy in 2003. Barbro Holmberg has a degree in social work from Stockholm University and is one of the well-known political figures of Sweden. Elin and her two siblings were the children of Thomas Nordegren and Barbro Holmberg who have now got divorced.
