Batesville Casket Company has made custom-made coffin called “Promethean” exclusively for the Michael Jackson. Jackson’s family has ordered the 14-karat gold plated $25,000 casket made of solid bronze for Michael Jackson. The handmade, hand-polished coffin has blue velvet interior and a mirror finish. Legend singer James Brown was also buried in same type of coffin back in 2006.
On 1st July a source close to Jackson concert promoter AEG Live in L.A disclosed that they are talk about charging the fans to attend the memorial service of MJ, after the news leaked fans erupted.
More than million people are expected to attend the memorial service at Staples Centre arena in L.A on Tuesday and almost 700 million will be watching the service on Television. Huge screens are to be placed outside the 20,000-capacity stadium, which is the home to Los Angeles Lakers basketball team. It is greatly believed that President Obama has also been invited to attend the ceremony. Whereas Diana Ross, Liz Taylor and Sir Paul McCartney are among the showbiz people, who are expected to attend the funeral.
According to my believe the last show of “King of Pop” is going to be as greatest as his concerts used to be. The legend, King of Pop, the best of the best will never die; he will live on in our hearts.
