A woman has been filed a civil lawsuit against “Ben Roethlisberger” (Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback) in Nevada. In the lawsuit Woman condemning Ben Roethlisberger of sexually assault her in a room of “Lake Tahoe Hotel” in back July 2008.
According to the lawyer of Ben Roethlisberger “David Cornwell”, his client has not sexually assaulted anybody and he also mentioned in statement that Ben Roethlisberger deprived of accuse. The woman blamed Ben Roethlisberger due to sexually assault during his stay at “Lake Tahoe Hotel” and woman is a worker at Hotel according to a social complaint filed in “Second Judicial District Court” in Washoe County, Nevada on Friday.
However, in addition the lawsuit is for defamation, insult and filed against 9 defendants including Ben Roethlisberger. The other 8 persons are also the employees at “Lake Tahoe Hotel”, the woman blames about them of insulting her after the assault. But the Hotel management did not sufficiently inspect her complaint as described by her.
Last July Ben Roethlisberger was in the Hotel as a guest for golf tournament. The woman told that she was performing her duty on penthouse floor at “Lake Tahoe Hotel” then Ben Roethlisberger assaulted her in the room where he was stayed. According to the woman, she was also suffered from despair and hospitalized.
However, there was no illegal complaint filed against Ben Roethlisberger subsequent to the unpleasant incident. The woman is looking for the compensation of $390,000.
