Biltmore house is a historic place located at Midtown Atlanta. The building comprises 66 units and more than fifty thousands square feet of living space. The Atlanta Biltmore hotel is an apartment hotel of 1920s era. The hotel started business in 1924 and was called as the world within the city. There is an eleven-storey building reserved for the hotel and adjoining ten-storey apartment building is the biggest model demonstrating excellence of that era.

The hotel with a worth of around six million dollars was inaugurated with a lot of extravaganza and festivities. A train was specially chartered to bring important hotel men from New York to Atlanta. 1000 cars were parked in the gardens of the hotel. A dinner dance was arranged and it had radio broadcast on the national level.
