Brandon Kleinvehn 18 years old and a senior at Barrington High School from Chicago community area went missing on Tuesday was found burnt to death this Wednesday at 9:20 a.m. in Ophir Township near a small creak.
The body was discovered after the La Salle County Deputies received a phone call reporting about a body found in Ophir Rownship, after the body discovered according to press release initial reports said that Brandon Kleinvehn might have burned himself police found have found a black Cherokee jeep in the fields and the dead body of Brandon Kleinvehn few yards away from the vehicle.
A witness came in front and told the officers that he had spotted the vehicle at the same spot late Wednesday night approximately at 8:00 P.M. in the evening, but no one was around the jeep at the time. According to the evidence gathered from the scene it seems that Brandon Kleinvehn died due to the result of self-initiated fire.
The South Barrington Police Department had started missing persons investigating on Wednesday. The autopsy will be performed on the body on Friday.
Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigation Unit, the sheriff’s office, La Salle County Coroner’s Office, and the State Fire Marshal’s Office will be conducting the investigation.
