In a show of force and retaliation, Britney Griner side swung the opposing team’s player after being shrugged by the arm. The match Baylor versus Texas Tech was interrupted by the blow and Britney Griner was ejected from the game after the punch while the Texas Tech player could be seen with a tissue paper in her nostril where she received the hit.
Britney Griner first showed her talent in the sport when she shifted over from soccer and volleyball which she played in her junior high school. Standing at a height of six-foot eight gave her a huge edge over her high school team mates and it showed in the games she played for her school in Houston, Texas.
In her short career of high school basketball Britney Griner has set a standard that will be hard to follow for anyone else in her state. Playing a total of thirty-two games she maintained an amazing average of twenty-seven points per game, twelve and a half rebounds, eight and a half blocks not to mention two point sic steals and two point six assists.
The highlight of her life must have been when she met Shaquille O’ Neal, the seven foot one giant who played for the Phoenix Suns. There are countless videos of Britney Griner on YouTube where she shows her dunking talent and otherwise extraordinary basketball skills. In the games that she’s played for her high school she has maintained a pretty decent accuracy of seventy percent. Britney Griner will be going to the university
