Café Nervosa is situated in Yorkville Avenue at Bellair Street; it serves its customer from 11:30 a.m to 11:00 p.m (Monday to Saturday) and 11:30 a.m to 10: p.m (Sunday). Café Nervosa has its main courses in the range of $20-$25. Maureen Nervosa is the owner of “cafe nervosa”, to entertain the customers of Café Nervosa; Maureen Nervosa hired a Folk Singer name “Ben” in 2003.
The name given to Café “Nervosa” is just like the Italian word “Nervous”; it has also a psychological term which means “Behavioral Pattern or Belief”. It can also be conected from the owner`s name “Maureen Nervosa”, so it’s an appropriate name chosen by the producers since “Frasier and Niles” used to pass their time in the café.
As Seattle is the familiar place for producer, so they decided to non-home, non-work setting in coffee shop. Café Nervosa is just across the fantastic “KALC” Radio Studios, so most of the people from KALC`staff used to come at café. The important news about this café is the “Coming of Frasier Crane with his Family” and the entire set of “My Coffee With Niles” (an episode name) is prominently placed in the Nervosa Café.
The Café`s staff changes once in a year but one waitress was serving the café for 4 years (name was not given) and one waiter “James” was permanent staff member at the café in current season of series. Father of Alice (Daughter of Roz Doyle) was waiter in Café and he saved money to study in the Paris.
Café Nervosa is much involved in the whole series and is being now famous for its variety of Pizzas, Coffee and other Dishes. Café has numerous customers especially “Crane friends and family” in the story, in which “Niles crane” discuss about several topics, in which their Father “Martin Crane” emotionally involved.
