Director for Carlitz Foundation Bonnie Sweeten a 38-year-old, she called 911 yesterday and told the operator in a stressful voice that she has been kidnapped by 2-men in a black Cadillac. She told the 911 operator that she was traveling with her daughter Julia Rakoczy her 9-year was in their silver-colored 2005 GMC Denali SUV when a black Cadillac hit her car from behind in lower Bucks County area around 2 p.m two men jumped out of the car and put her in the trunk of their car by force, she also claimed that her daughter was also been seized with her.
Sweeten is listed as one of the directors of Carlitz Foundation a charity organization, run by Debbie Carlitz. Carlitz license for practicing law was suspended for one year in 2008. The Carlitz Foundation is raising money for autism studies and research for the Burma people. In New Hope, Pennsylvania police has also visited Carlitz Foundation where Sweeten is listed as one of the directors for the foundation, but media find out that she is does not work for Carlitz Foundation any more.
However the latest news about her is that Sweeten and her 9-year-old daughter Julia were found at Disney World and now they are in the police custody. A prosecutor told the media that both mother and daughter had flown to Disney World, Florida after Sweetens’ false abduction report to 911 operators.
Michelle Henry an Attorney with Bucks County District told the media that Sweeten loaned the drivers license of a co-worker and bought an airline ticket for Orlando, Florida by presenting the license as her own. They both mother and daughter were arrested at the Grand Floridian Hotel late on Wednesday evening.
