The reason behind Catherine Bosley resigning from her key-post of news anchor from WKBN was a wet t-shirt contest which held in Key West, Florida. Catherine Bosely was born in Lake County, Ohio on 3rd march, 1967, although she has worked as cashier in a local store at the age of 17 while she was in her first year of graduation but after her graduation in 1989 from Kent State University her real career kicked off when she got a job of news reader in WDON.
In the summer of 2003, Catherine Bosley with her life partner went to Key West, Florida to spent some holidays and to celebrate as she recovered from a serious lungs infection, while there in Key West they found out about a wet t-shirt contest and choose to participate in it, as this was their idea of having fun and thought that it would be crazy. So Catherine Bosley end-up on stage completely naked, dancing with other participants, but the story took an amazing turn when someone posted that video tape and still images of Catherine Bosley dancing and partying naked on the internet and not only that, the person also delivered a copy of video and photos to the head of WKBN news Network and after all this and she left the network.
