SOUTH BEND, Northern Indiana—The football season has not even started yet and a billboard confronting Notre Dame Coach Charlie Wies that he is on the hot seat, Coach Charlie Weis from last two seasons have not been able to provide up to the standards for Notre Dame Team.
The billboard says “Best wishes to Coach Charlie Wies for the fifth consecutive year of his college coaching internship.” Talking to the media Coach Charlie Wise said, he has not see the billboard yet, but have heard about it from friends.
I would like to point out the fact that the Billboard that wishes Notre Dame Coach bet of luck is situated just half a mile from his office.
Coach Weis said with smiles on his face said that “everything until the last word was great, he offered his thanks to the wishing part for wishing him the best of luck.”
Coach Weis is well mindful of the situation, that Notre Dame fans expectations are much higher this season, after a 7-6 and 3-9 lose previous two seasons, Irish team has lost most game in last two years comparing their 120-year football history.
Weis has also published his modified depth chart Tuesday and I must say there are some surprises in that chart. According to the list Theo Riddick the freshman tailback is one of the starting kickoff returners, whereas freshman linebacker Manti Te’o will be the weak-side backup. According to the Coach Charlie Weis Manti Te’o will be playing in the team.
