Meg Ryan and Timothy Hutton appear in the comedy ‘Serious Moon Light’. The film is directed by Cheryl Hines. Meg Ryan is a lawyer and happily married until one day she discovers that her husband wants to leave her for another younger woman. Meg has other plans and makes her husband a captive in the house. The movie has failed to impress reviewers and they are of the view that the execution of the plot is not at par with what Shelly has written. However it should be noted that the film is Cheryl Hines debut as a director. Cheryl is otherwise known for her role in HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” as Larry David’s wife. Her work in the series won her an Emmy nomination.

Cheryl comes from Miami Beach, Florida and joined theatre at a young age. She has done various small time jobs before making it to Hollywood. Her first love was doing and writing comedy. She has appeared with Robin Williams in a film and has also worked with Keri Russel.

Cheryl Hines is married and has a daughter. She appeared on Conan O Brien Show and told that she has been employed as a waitress for a long time. Even after moving to L.A she was a waitress and a bartender. Tired of being a waitress for so long she was then employed as a phone operator. She told that she was named as Cooky and was paid for chatting to people on a 900 line.
