The Chicago Bears have made a bold move that will cost them some money but prove them right in the long run. After not being given the chance to make a first round draft selection the Chicago Bears made their intentions clear when they signed a deal with Julius Peppers. Julius Peppers is a top ranking free agent and he may be getting as much as ninety-one million dollars through this contract that could last six years.
The Chicago Bears, it was expected, would be spending quite a lot more money as they were was no salary cap for them. Julius Peppers so far has been guaranteed forty-two million dollars just by making the move over to the Chicago Bears and he will be the Bears prized position when it comes to defense. Julius Peppers is excited by the opportunity to play for the Chicago Bears saying that it’s a whole new level entirely when it comes to the matter of rich tradition.
Julius Peppers was born on the eighteenth of July in the year 1980 and played for the Carolina Panthers after being selected by them in the 2002 NFL draft after which he stayed with the panthers for nine years till the annum 2009. Peppers is a giant weighing a hundred and two kilograms standing at the tall height of six foot five inches. He has been the Pro-Bowl’s selection from the year 2004 till the year 2009 missing on the annum of 2007 in between. He has also been awarded the NFL rookie of the year award which was given to him eight years ago in 2002.
