Chimp Lady, Charla was very optimistic in her first appearance when she aired for the first time after the killing attack by the Chimpanzee. She was confident, relaxed and determined to face the cruel reality. She expressed her feeling about her daughter and she express amusement as well during the interview.
She expressed her positivity that she is same lady as she was before the incident. Charla Nash is 56 years old and she was giving an interview to a talk show “Opera Winfrey”. She said I look totally different but never hopeless of the circumstances.
Charla talked about the dangerous animals, she said such kind of animals who can create problem for humans must not keep as pets. They can be very dangerous and they should be banned in residential areas.
According to her, she is not able to recall the attack as she doesn’t exactly remember that what happened. She also talked about her daily routine and her face as well.
Dr. Kevin Miller, the surgeon who attended Nash at Stamford Hospital was also on the show to talk about her. He told that 12 surgeons were involved in the operation which last almost 8 hours long.
He further told that Nash has recovered remarkably well but there is still a long way to go and that can only happen if she wants to take up strongly, only will and determination can strengthen her.
During the show, Charla also revealed her face and showed how it looks like. Her face and hands were badly damaged and out of shape.
