A great calamity has struck the sea shores of the northeastern port of china at Dalian. The pipeline at this spot of northeastern port of Dalian has been exploded and the people who were living in that dangerous zone were evacuated but the marine life will be the one which will be affected the most from the China oil spill. This oil spill in the yellow sea is the worst of all and it threats the life of many on the sea creatures whose protection has always been the first priority of mankind. The size of the China oil spill has been doubled in the period of five days and this disaster reminds the people of the incident that took place at the Gulf of Mexico in the United States of America.
The administrators of the maritime department have said that a lot of workers have been appointed to flush out the oil from the water and more cleaning programs have been started on the sea shore. The oil has spread on an area of more than 160 square miles. It is also reported that one of the workers had drowned while cleaning the water and his whole body is found full of crude oil. According to the Chinese media the China oil spill over this huge area is estimated to be more than four hundred thousand gallons which is nothing as compared to the hundred million gallons of oil spilled in the BP oil spill on the coast of the United States. The china National petroleum corporation is unclear about the reason of explosion and the results will be soon announced.
