The CMA Awards 2010 winners list is something that might shock you a little as it shows no sign of last years dazzler Taylor Swift who was ‘swift’ in taking away many an awards last year. This year wasn’t as fruitful for her though she can console herself with the fact that at least she was nominated for five titles. The CMA Awards 2010 winners saw the group Lady Antebellum win more awards than any other musician or group of musicians as they walked out of the Country Music Awards 2010 event with a total of three trophies in their hands.
The first prize they won was the top vocal group award which was indeed a moment of celebration for them. The second that they got their hands on was the record single of the year and I think that has something to do with the amount of sales that a single makes in a year and that would indeed be something to be proud of as I can recall many singles that made it big last year. The third and final prize that Lady Antebellum would win would be the song of the year award which they got for their song “Need You Now.” So that being the case with Lady Antebellum lets move to the other CMA Awards 2010 winners.
Luke Bryan who has become a ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ won the title of being the top new artist while the ex- American Idol. Carrie Underwood. won the most sought after prize which was the entertainer of the year.
