Congressman Joe Wilson, who rebuked President Barak Obama, apologized for his act of disruption during president’s speech, on Wednesday after shouting “You lie” at President Barack Obama while he was addressing Congress. Obama was telling lawmakers of his health policy in which he declared that illegal immigrants will not enjoy the Democratic plans for health care.
Suddenly, Republican Joe Wilson of South Carolina shouted at president, from his seat, thrusting a finger in the air. Afterwards, Wilson admitted that he regretted the incident. He extended “sincere apologies” to the president for his misdeed. It is declared that there was no specific reason for Wilson to rebuke at president; he was Obama’s Republican rival from previous year’s presidential race for the White House.
Because of Wilson’s eruption Obama has to pause briefly. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif, afterward glared at Wilson for his transgression but no democratic leaders criticized Wilson. First lady Michelle Obama, was very up set from the incident and she was shooking her disappointedly, from side to side in the visitors’ gallery.
Wilson is not the first guy of Republican Party to put interruption during Obama’s speech to a joint session of Congress, previously, Republican laughed at Obama when he was working at some other health reform, but this doesn’t mean that illegal immigrants will get health reforms, decision ha smade to be acted upon , not to be changed.
