Dana Perino is an American politician. She was born on the ninth of May 1972.She was the press secretary from 2007 to 2009.She was born in Wyoming. She has three children and is married to Peter McMahon. She attended he high school from Ponderosa High School. She got her bachelors degree in mass communication from Colorado State University.
She also did her minor in political sciences. She was host at the capitol journal where she gave a summary of the political aspects. She got her masters degree in Public Affairs from the Springfield in Illinois. While doing her masters degree in public affairs she also worked for CBS as a reporter. After her studies got finished she joined the post of an assistant for Scott Mclnnis. Before that she was working as a press secretary for Dan Schaefer. She was married in 1997 with a successful businessman. After Dana Perino left working for Schaefer she shifted to United Kingdom. She returned to the United States after one year. She moved to California and worked in the public affairs.
It was in 2001 when she joined as a spokesperson in the department of Justice. She worked in the department of justice for 2 years. She moved to the White House and became an adviser for media and public relations. During 2005 she was hired as a press secretary and had the responsibility to coordinate with different agencies for issues such as energy and resources. When president bush was attacked by a TV journalist in 2008 Dana Perino was injured stand by the president.
