
Daphne Maxwell Reid was born in 13th of July, 1948 in New York, United States. She is the daughter of rosalee Maxwell and green, who married with second husband “Timothy L. Reid” (an actor, writer, director and producer). Daphne Maxwell Reid has done her graduate from “Bronx high school of science”, after completing her graduate she got the degree of architecture and interior design from “Northwestern University”. Daphne Maxwell Reid got scholarship on behalf of this degree and became the first negro-American woman, who has been called Homecoming Queen.
During her course at Northwestern University, Daphne Maxwell Reid started her showbiz career by modeling and singing with a modeling agency “Eileen ford”. Daphne Maxwell Reid has honor to be on the cover page of magazine “glamour” first time as black woman.
She has seen in several TV programs. Daphne Maxwell Reid best known character was the replacing of “Janet Hubert Whitten” as Vivian Banks on NBC sitcom “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” in the period of 1993-1996.
