It truly astonied me to see Derek Paravicini a blinded savant belong from England, who’s trouble in communicating with other people physically and verbally, but could play a piano more well then Elton John or some other piano player of the world.
The 30 yr old, Derek Paravicini has playing skills so much inspiring that he can do your beat of heart faster with the melodies of his piano.
L. Stahl of CBS “60 Minutes” seated close with Derek Paravicini and requested him to play a couple of pieces from all music genres and he effortlessly changes ‘tween the music genres, as playing Broadway, classical and pop melodies, but what astonied me much is his natural endowment of hearing and playing.
Derek Paravicini has the power to recall the melodies his ears has detected and can play as is melody in different ways and genres, particularly, he can play a Broadway melody in a jazz mode, or a pop melody in classical mode.
Even though Derek Paravicini can’t even have the power to distinguish between 3 figures and 2 hands, he can play various tunes in many different music genres, as it’s the simplest tasks.
It was the matter that could affect anyone’s heart, while on one side he can’t even properly do communicating with the people and on the other side Derek Paravicini has a natural talent, truly versatile. We can say that he can stand among the best piano players of the world.
