A Fort-Smith individual & his shooting guns were taken into the police force detainment this night, aft a domestic disturbance, that nearly put an adjacent elementary school on a full lock-down.
The Fort-Smith law authorities caught up fifty three years old, T. Daniels on Thursday evening in hunch of Terroristic Petrifying & Domestic Assail. The Police Detectives say that his wife, L. Ann Daniels, had addressed and called them at around half past eleven in the morning, & laid claim, that her hubby had force fully pushed her around & even imperiled to kill her while in an argumental contention.
The Daniels told the police that when the Terry started out trying to open up 1 of the 2 gun- safes at the house, she fled her home & straight away, called on for help.
