HAMILTON, Ohio—19-YEAR-OLD Dwayne Deejay Hunter an ex-football player of Middleton High, Hamilton, has been pronounce a sentence of 180 in prison, over 500 hours of public service and things didn’t get stalled here he has been commanded a 5-years- probation too and above all he will not be able to participate in any form of the organized sports.
Applause turned to gasp in the courtroom after this unprecedented and unorthodox punishment. Hunter will be freed from prison couple of days before Thanksgiving and will-not serve further detention if he does not violates any terms and conditions of his parole, judge Nastoff, said.
Dwayne Deejay Hunter had been Register formally as a participant and sponsored the UTK numerous other Big named schools before the legal problem came out, but now they would back off putting threats to his career, according to The Associated Press.
The EX-Middletown School footballer and track star was proved convicted in July to criminal attack for shooting a 15-year-old boy two times in the face with an air gun. Dwayne Deejay Hunter shot from a car, with one cartridge hitting the teenager’s eyelid, reports said.
Judge Nastoff told Hunter during the case hearing that he was just an inch close to make that teenager blind just before his verdict.
We all grow by making mistake, learning through our blunders. Hunter is in the making and he must be given a second chance to correct his mistakes, as he is not a professional criminal and this is the spirit of the judgment as far as I can see.
