Some of the Easter Bible verses have left a significant change in my thinking like this one which says something to the effect that for the people who really believe in what Jesus stood for there will be immortality and not in the sense that they will never die but in the sense that their lives will always live on in the history of existence. This verse is found in John’s version at 11 : 25 – 26 and this is one of the Easter Bible verses that truly gives the sense of the immortality of Christ and how he was just a messenger of this life force that resides in all of us. When I read this I got thinking about all the things I was reading in the past, apparently our DNA is complex thing for our scientists to understand and decipher, like how can the human DNA be only three percent different from that of a banana?
These are the things that give Easter Bible verses their credibility as scientists are now hypothesizing that the true understanding of the DNA will eventually result in immortality, of course unless the world comes to an end. And the light of God which Jesus spread through knowledge of the unknown was meant to do exactly this, to instill in us a feeling of curiosity, a want to know, a desire to get to the bottom of every question and find out what it is.
But the way that Jesus accessed that knowledge and the way that that knowledge is coming into awareness in todays time are two completely different methods. Whereas Jesus meditated on the question till he was taken to the answer in his mind and soul, today’s scientists probe deeper into physical matter with scientific apparatus to quantitatively come out with possibilities which are narrowed down into elegant theories which then later provide the answers.
