Southlake Police have arrested a 49-year-old man named Eddy Lovely and his 20-year-old son Brenden Lovely under assault charges, according to authorities, both father and son have assaulted a woman near a fast food restaurant Chick-Fil-A in Huston area.
According to the authorities the unpleasant event initiated after a couple honked at a black Bentley sitting in front of their car, while blocking the drive way exit in the 2300 block of East Southlake Boulevard, eye witnesses told the investigators that the driver of Bentley can out of the car and started shouting at the couple.
Soon after the woman came out of her car to confront Eddy Lovely and his son Brenden Lovely, when they allegedly started assaulting the woman, there was a third suspect involved in the incident, which has not been named due to his age, he is just 15-years-old.
Police stated that woman was hit hard in the face and knocked down to the ground during the squabble, witnesses said that the person who was on the driver’s seat came out of the car and stopped woman’s husband and blocked his way by claiming that he has a gun, but the supposed gun was never seen by any of the witnesses or by the victim.
According to the reports 49-year-old man Eddy Lovely has been charged with a terroristic threat, whereas, the young suspect has been referred to the Juvenile Justice System.
