Elizabeth Williams a member of fundraising board at Binghamton University took legal action against the Upstate New York School and it two senior directors last Thursday on 09 July, 2009. Elizabeth filed a stunning lawsuit for sexual harassment against the two directors in Manhattan Federal Court, claiming her bosses insisted her to use her sexuality for donation purposes.
Elizabeth Williams joined the Binghamton University’s athletics department in March, 2008. Complaint filed by Elizabeth Williams in which she talked about one specific event that is mainly outrageous, she stated that her bosses urged her to wear provocative cloths for a fund-raising event in New York City, moreover she said in her complaint that a potential donor at the fundraiser dinner suggested to pay a handsome amount of money to have sex and her two bosses escorted her to the dinner provoked her.
The incident took place in New York City on Jan. 12, 2009, she also stated in the lawsuit that after charity dinner when Jason Siegel “One of the directors” when he grabbed her breast.
The lawsuit continued in which Williams stated that in the same month Assistant Athletic Director Chris Lewis took her took her at a game in Universities sports arena and introduced her to a corporate donor; she said the donor told her that he has a thing for big-chested and loud mouthed women, after complaining to Siegel the he replied such a move was taking one for the team.
Elizabeth Williams stated that she filed the lawsuit after Binghamton University management failed to discipline the two directors after repeated complaints.
