Police authorities said that we did not have cooperation from the witnesses in Kendra Nyetta’s murder case that was shot to kill in a club which was illegally operative. Sheriff’s Office detectives of Wayne County said to media, still we do not have sufficient proof to follow charges that alcohol was being selling out illegally by Club Exscape.
However the financial fraud accuses has been imposed against the owner of the club in which two instances of getting property by bogus pretenses. Kelvin Latrell Rivers of 29 has been into jail already against a bond of USD $ 100,000 in May for the suspected crime. Rivers is the owner and operator of Club Exscape and he had operated the club for only some days on N.C 55 before the Ms. Smalls was murdered.
In the mean time the Sheriff Office is currently searching for the alleged that shot the Ms. Small on May 04. Carey Winders, the Sheriff of Wayne County said to media that we are going to offer USD $ 1,000 on the hotline of Crime Stoppers for the person who will provide any information about the suspect involved in this murder and if that information leads to arrest him.
Tom Flores that is a detective in Sheriff’s Office of Wayne County said, we have charged Rivers in three different charges of financial crimes. According to the most recent reports by Grantham, three cheques of USD $ 400 each had been written by Rivers. The Detective said, Grantham was further asked to clean the place where “Exscape Club” was housed.
