According to the authorities, two Deputies of Seminole County sheriff have been shot and killed; a bystander was also shot in inccident on Sunday evening. Police arrested 26 years old “Ezekiel Holbert” from a house at the back of a “Taco Mayo” that situated close to the College Avenues and Milt Phillips, where this incident occurred.
It is believed that “Ezekiel Holbert” is charged with 2 first degree murders. Ezekiel Holbert might also face other charges. Local police officers with the help of many other agencies including “Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Oklahoma Highway Patrol investigated the scene. Police officers asked the local business to close and abandoned the area whilst searching for Ezekiel Holbert before his arrest.
Police asked Ezekiel Holbert to surrender in an announcement via PA system. Police were capable to use a “Tactical Team Robot” to go into the house.
According to a eyewitness “Bryan House” (working next store at a tire business), the incident started when 2 deputies reached at the house and informed Ezekiel Holbert they had 2 seconds to unlock the door. Afterwards the deputies kicked down the door then the first shot was fired, which hit one deputy on the face. Bryan House further added that the second deputy was shot in his back numerous times as he was running. A female bystander was also shot with gunfire in her arm while walking outside nearby the house. However, the details about her situation have not yet released and the name of deputies have also not released.
