According to County Sheriff’s office Maricopa, Gabrielle Dawn Schoeneweis the wife of Scott Schoeneweis the relief pitcher for Arizona Diamondbacks was found dead in their Fountain Hills, Phoenix-area home on Wednesday 20th April, 2009.
The 39-years-old wife of Arizona Diamondbacks, relief pitcher Gabrielle Dawn Schoeneweis didn’t respond when deputy sheriff came to their home after receiving a call from their 14 years old daughter at about 12:11 P.M. in the midnight. Gabrielle Dawn Schoeneweis was found dead in the master bedroom’s floor according to press release. A representative of Sheriff’s Office Lindsey Smith told that there were no signs of criminal action found but they are not rejecting the fact that it can be a homicide but they will wait for the medical examination reports to decide the reason of death.
The news of the death of Scott’s wife Gabrielle Dawn Schoeneweis reached to him just one hour before the doubleheader game of Arizona Diamondbacks against Florida Marlins in Miami. Scott instantaneously headed to Arizona leaving his team behind to be with his children in this distressful time.
They have three children together in their 10 years of marriage in January, 2009 Scott and his wife Gabrielle Dawn Schoeneweis celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.
