As we go through the shows like “More to Love” and “Biggest Loser” there become evident two points. One more and more woman in America have to deal with the problem of weight gain and second that putting on weight does not necessarily eliminate the natural emotions to look good and need to be loved. Gayla Bentley is herself a plus size woman and one dream has motivated her work that is to design clothes for plus size woman. It was only a matter of money before she can transform the dream into reality.
Gayla Bentley was impressive on ABC’s Shark Tank on Tuesday as the story of her being able to get the much needed cash injection unveiled. Her belief that the fashion does not really is limited to anorexic women drove her desire to open a store in Houston. Kevin ‘O Leary was not so sure. He was of the view that if the women had wanted so much to look good they would not have allowed putting on extra pounds in the first place. Bentley obviously knew more about woman psychology, she responded that the lack of interest in plus sized clothes is for the reason that there are not much plus sized clothes available in the market. Robert Herjavec left the negotiations for his belief that Gayla Bentley should address the problem differently. Corcoran and Daymond John agreed to partner for 50% with Bentley. John already is in the clothing business confessed that he would need Bentley’s expertise.
Lesson: Don’t brush away the dreams with “IT WAS JUST AN IDEA!”
