The company that goes by the name of Graco has made a blunder in one of its products as there was a report about an injury to a child caused by one of the high chairs that the company had sold. The incident is coming as a shock to all those who have purchased their high chairs from Graco as the reliability of the company, let alone the product is in question now. The Graco high chair recall has been made possible through their official site which one can access and order another high chair from. Meanwhile the company is saying that relevant consumers should order a repair kit and should not use the chair till the repair kit arrives and till the point that the high chair is fixed.
The Graco high chair recall is being made for the models that were produced in the month of October in the year 2005 and then the next year in the month of November. Apparently these were the only two years which saw faulty production from the company and now the offer of the Graco high chair recall is valid for all those who have bought model numbers that fall into those two years of production.
The problem with the high chair is that it has a very high possibility of collapsing if the chair isn’t opened to its full height and such should be stated in the manual though I don’t think they make manuals for high chairs. The company is saying that a child should only be seated on the high chair after a ‘click’ is heard after erecting the chair to its proper position.
