Grady Wilson is the imaginary character of a sitcom of NBC whose name is “Sanford and Son”. Whitman Mayo was the actor who played this notorious character in the series. It was 1972 when this character was appeared first time in an episode of the “Sanford and Son” whose name was “The Dowry”; however Albert Reed Jr. was the celebrity who played the character of Grady Wilson instead of Whitman Mayo in this episode.
The character of Grady Wilson became the permanent part of the show when it was taken over by the Whitman Mayo from Albert Reed Jr. Grady has been shown as an absentminded person in the show and Fred Sanford has been shown as his best friend.
