Hal Holbrook’s new movie is going to release in theaters this week ‘quietly’. Hal Holbrook, an Oscar nominated actor, is going to watch his upcoming film ‘That Evening Sun’ in theaters like common audiences. His movie’s premiere is simple and quiet unlike other films which come into theater with much pomp and show and a bandwagon of stars.
The movie will open this Friday through Freestyle Releasing in theaters and hey, he may be sitting right next to you in the theater to watch the movie. It is anticipated that Hal Holbrook will watch the first screenings of his movie in Friday’s 7 o’ clock shows at City Cinemas 1, 2, and 3 on the Third Avenue and 59th street. After the screening of the movie, the Oscar-nominee will talk to the press. Talking to a news paper, Hal Holbrook told about the ‘key issues’ which he might face while watching his own movie in a ‘very public’ place. He talked about his preferred choice for snacks during the screening, pre-movie commercials, and watching himself on the screen. Hal Holbrook talked about his feelings if someone around him in the audience starts talking on his cell phone. He said he won’t notice as in this age it cannot be avoided. Hal Holbrook would like to have popcorns during the movie and would hate to see any commercials before the movie starts. He also told that while watching himself on the screen, he critically evaluate his performance and judge his own work.
That Evening Sun is another promising film with strong acting performances from Hal Holbrook and other cast members.
