Hal Steinbrenner, the new administrator of Yankees, the American football leading team has taken the right step by making a very clear statement about Joe Girardi. His position and performance was always in doubts and normally people didn’t consider him as a good and effective administrator as compare to George Steinbrenner. The people around has never showed the confidence in Hal Steinbrenner in front of George Steinbrenner, they always consider him as an underdog but the little boss has done it.
Hal Steinbrenner was present in front of media. He was there to announce the football match between Army and the Notre Dame in 2010. There he talked positively about the team and especially about the Girardi for some time. He answered all the questions regarding the team and clears all the ambiguities about his ability and about the future of the team.
Hal said he was not going to replace Joe Girardi at any cost. He said he was more than happy with his work. He categorically made the statement about Joe that he had done good for team.
He further stated that Joe got the exact idea about what his team expects from him and the expectations never changed. The team wants to win every time and he is working for the team. The importance and expectations of the organizations is very much explicable for the Girardi, as explicable as for others.
Girardi has three years bindings with the Yankees worth around $8 million. He missed the first season as a captain and he was anticipated to miss the other ones as well.
Hal was very confident about the team, he didn’t talk much on the Joe contract but he urged that Joe will play the remaining sessions and the team is motivated with great spirits.
