Hammer Curls- the secret graven arms, skeletal muscle pushdowns and hammer curls of US First Lady Michelle Obama has been exposed by her personal trainer Cornell McClellan. 45 years old, the First Lady is very fond of sleeveless outfits and is exceedingly conscious about her health and fitness.
McClellan, who is the trainer of Michelle Obama since 1997, described the workout schedule of his illustrious client in the Women’s Health magazine, of the month of October. The trainer owns her Naturally Fit fitness center in Chicago, reveals that the First Lady generally does a concentrated calorie-burning cardio workout. She is very regular and punctual for her routine exercise and once she gets the blood flowing and the muscles pumping, she finished up with “arm-shaping exercise on a machine.
She takes these exercises with a set of hammer curls by means of dumbbells to work her biceps, and she practices as many triceps pushdowns as she can without resting. The exercise also works her now-famous deltoids. She loves to take fresh fruits and vegetables in her family diet and avoid processed foods while her husband, on the other hand known to seek Hamburger everywhere.
She is also concern about her children and said she wants to be a role model before her daughter, Sasha and Malia, by working out and keeping a healthful diet because she thinks if they see her exercising and thinking about what kind of diet she is taking and if they see their father, so busy he is but going to the gym and playing sports, when they become adult they’ll understand that this is real life .
