
Martin Havlat injury prevented him to play rest of Game 2 for the Hawks when he received a nasty blow in the head by Niklas Kronwall Red Wings defenseman in the first period of the game.
Havlat injury “a blow to the head” left him bewildered on the ice, when he was mugged by Kronwall with his shoulder or elbow. Red Wings defenseman Niklas kronwall received a major penalty of 5 minutes for interfering during the game and for misbehavior.
Havlat injury came while he was looking for a pass and his head was down when Niklas splattered him in the glass and quickly there was a pile of trouncing bodies on and around the out cold Havlat. Whereas Havlat injury took him to the dressing room for the rest of the Game2 not only that but his availability Sunday’s Game is also doubtful.
Havlat’s injury came at the time when hawks were leading the game by 2-0. Patrick sharp and Andrew Ladd were the scorers for the team during the power play. Whereas due to Niklas blow to Havlat head prevented the hawks to score in the 5th minute of the power play.
Niklas hit to Havlat head was a nasty blow which plunged the 28-year-old player on the ground like a dead deer.
