24 Hawker Beechcraft four-man, twin-propeller planes will be delivered to U.S Forces in Afghanistan.
Hawker Beechcraft four-man, twin-propeller planes are modified by L-3 Communications Holding for the combat environment to add to the facilitation of ground troops with real time videos, images and of course eavesdropping. Six of these Hawker Beechcraft four-man, twin-propeller planes are already serving in Iraq.
Over there in Afghanistan Air Force is preparing air bases in Kandahar and Bagram to manipulate data that will be sent by these planes.
With Rovers hanging along the chests of ground soldieries, these Hawker Beechcraft four-man, twin-propeller planes would be able to direct videos and still images to troops at ground. L-3 Communications have equipped ground forces in Afghanistan with around 5000 such Rovers.
Lieutenant General Deptula has commented that these planes would provide full motion videos and specific signal intelligence and all of these 24 Hawker Beechcraft four-men, twin-propeller planes are being expected in Afghanistan by September 2010.
