After the very suffering from pains in the stomach on Saturday Henry Kissinger was taken to a hospital in the Korean capital of Seoul. The hospital says that he was brought in after he suddenly contracted stomach pains and then he was taken care of and now he is on the road to recovery. Henry Kissinger served the government position of Secretary of State previously and was in the country for a forum which was being held with the title of Northeastern Asian Security.
Henry Kissinger arrived in Seoul just a few days earlier on Wednesday, the tenth of March 2010. He is eighty-six years of age and he had initially planned to leave the country today but then his plans changed according to the situation. Now he will be flying back to America tomorrow which will be the fourteenth of March. On his visit to the East Asian country he also made a visit to the serving president of the country Lee Myung-Bak which he did yesterday.
Kissinger has his own consultancy firm which goes by the name of Kissinger Associates for which he is the chairman and he served his position as the Secretary of State for the regimes of Richard Nixon after which he served the under the presidency of Gerald Ford. The life of Henry Kissinger has been full of achievements and negotiations as he was the one who can be given credit for taking American involvement out of the Vietnam War by negotiating the Paris Peace Accords.
