Sgt. James Crowley warned Henry Louis Gates for 2 times that he was becoming unruly but Gates continued to shout and blame him of racial bias. So, Sgt. James Crowley arrested Henry Gates for “loud and tumultuous behavior in a public space” as written by Crowley in the report.
