The Calder Cup final was underway last night. The winner was to determine the new America hockey league champions. The Hershey Bears did it once again this year after a four to nil victory over the Texas Stars. The Hershey Bears gave a terrific performance last night; they were really good in tackle, defense as well as attack, while the Texas Stars were not even able to stop the goals. The match was just awesome. The two teams were supported by a big number of fans. About eleven thousand people were present at the stadium to cheer their favorite teams. This has happened after thirty years that the Bears won the championship at their home rink. The Bears won their championship for the continuous second year. The bears won the match early last night with a good margin which is not a common thing for the Bears. The Hershey Bears team members just played awesome last night, each and every one of their players was giving his best to secure the cup for the third time in the last five years. This is the eleventh time that the Bears won the Calder cup. The team scored their first two goals in the first fifteen minutes of the game, the two goals occurred with a gap of just two minutes. The residents of Washington are very happy upon the victory of their team, they were just delighted, and the whole atmosphere of the stadium was charismatic. The last nights match has ended the exciting action of hockey while the Cricket Asia cup is starting from today and the world cup football is also underway so a lot of sports action is still coming up.
