Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) is a leading grass roots institute which looks to get the happiness of Allah (SWT) through functioning for the concern of Islam in all areas of life having lots of missions, programs, and actions which are planned to facilitate in the development of molding the individual and reforming society at large.
The objective of ICNA shall be to search for the delight of Allah (SWT) through the struggle of Iqamat-ud-Deen (establishment of the Islamic structure of living) as spelled out in the Qur’an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) has articulated its strong grief and denunciation against the recent riots in Gojra, Pakistan, which targeted the Christian society and killed seven people and damaged many of their houses as well as a church. Dr.Zahid Bukhari, the President of ICNA says “No issue what the excuse is, rumor or real violation of the Quran–this is totally deplorable and the Pakistani government must bring the executors to the justice without delay and must provide appropriate protection to the churches so that such incidence shall not occur in future. Pakistan is among such few countries in the world where minorities benefit from spiritual and individual independence. Pakistani government should do its best not to let some terrorist harm the image of Pakistan in the rest of the world.
