Thousand of people in the state of Kentucky were left without any television when Insight Cable went through a major glitch which was causing its systems to malfunction. When people turned on their televisions they realized that they were only getting still images on every channel that they switched so we went to the Insight Cable website and found out that the problem with the cable connections and system had developed last night and though they do not know at what exact time it occurred they are saying that their engineers are at work to help resolve the problem.
The most badly hit city was that of Louisville which has the most Insight Cable customers but it is being reported that norther Kentucky and the city of Lexington in Kentucky is also facing similar issues. So if we hold on to our horses the cable should be back anytime soon though this is not going to be good for the company’s reputation.
Another interesting fact about this whole issue is that while the television cables are down and the channels on the TV are frozen all the other services of Insight Cable are functioning fine. These include those of broadband internet service and then their telephone services. The company is based in New York City and is a public based company so this might just lead to a teeny tiny drop in the share prices but I doubt it for the matter is going to be resolved before people can even think about changing their cable provider.
