Wow is all I can say when I hear about the devotion with which people woke up in the morning to make to the iPad lines this morning as it was meant to be released at exactly nine in the morning according to the Eastern Daylight Time or EDT. The iPad which is the next step in hand helds has taken Americans to the next level of commitment to purchasing one. One such family of Dan Roberts was found outside the Apple outlet as early as fifteen minutes after five in the morning and he wasn’t there alone. Apparently Dan and his son had both had the same notion of being the first to enter into the iPad lines and that’s not all, his son Connor who is only fifteen years of age had already been online shopping for his favorite applications and he had bought ten in advance before even knowing if he would be able to get the gadget today.
The iPad is somewhat the same as a lap top and has a nine-point-seven inch screen which makes it a lot bigger than the previous iTouch or the iPhone but even with boasting such a display the difference on the overall weight of the iPad when compared to other Apple equipment is minimal as it weighs a total of only one and a half pounds.
The iPad lines were for those who didn’t pre-order on the 12th of March and according to speculations Apple is expecting to sell as many as seven million pieces in the first year alone while the second year is going to see sales of double the amount!
