Irvin Rosenfeld who is 56 years of age will smoke his 115,000th marijuana cigarette on Friday. This may be a “legitimate “world record involving marijuana smoking. He is very thankful to the U.S. government not only for allowing him to make the world record but also for the abundant provision of marijuana cigarettes. “Yep, provided by Uncle Sam,” Rosenfeld told NBCMiami.com “They grow it for me, I find that quite ironic.” Rosenfeld is actually suffering from a rare bones’ disease “multiple congenital cartilaginous exostoses” which continuously hurts his bones and he feels relieved when he uses marijuana cigarettes. The government has specially allowed him to use marijuana and reserved a farm in the Mississippi University for growing marijuana. After cultivation, marijuana is handed over to a pharmacy from where Rosenfeld takes the delivery of 300 cigarettes per month. The whole transaction is done under the supervision of the government. Rosenfeld smokes ten to eleven cigarettes per day. There are four such exceptions of legal marijuana usage in the United States of America. All the four are given the supply of marijuana cigarettes by the government. Such legal marijuana is called as “medical marijuana”. The employer of Rosenfeld says that the marijuana smoking of Rosenfeld has created hilarious situations in the office many times as the smoke has a specific smell which can be identified even from a distant place. Any outsider visiting the office often becomes a subject of ridiculous situation. Rosenfeld has written a book which throws light on his experiences regarding marijuana smoking. But he will make a world record before the book is available for reading.
